Choose your inclusions—breastmilk, hair, ashes, cord, placenta, or florals—and customize your frame to reflect the moments and memories you want to hold close.

Step two:

Send in your inclusions

At checkout, you’ll have the option to add an Inclusion Collection Kit (available to US customers only). If you prefer to send them yourself, we’ll include step-by-step instructions—or you can click here for guidance.

Step three:

We’ll create your frame

Once your inclusions arrive, our artists begin creating your keepsake. Every material you send is treated with care—it’s part of your story, and that means everything to us.

What size photo does the frame hold?

It fits a standard 4x6 photo—whether it’s that newborn shot you still look at daily, or a moment you never want to forget.

What can I add to my keepsake frame?

Each frame has three inclusion bezels you can fill with breastmilk, ashes, hair, umbilical cord, placenta, or dried florals.

Do I need to send anything right away?

We kindly request that you send your inclusions within 1 year of your purchase date. 

If inclusions are sent after the 1-year window, a reinstatement fee will be required to reactivate your order. Learn more here.

How do I send my Inclusions?

You can add an Inclusion Collection Kit during checkout (available for US customers), or send them in yourself using our detailed instructions here. Either way, we’ve got you.

Can I use frozen milk?

Yes! Fresh or frozen is completely fine—we’ve even worked with milk frozen for over 20 years. As long as there’s no mold, we can use it to create something beautiful.

How long does it take to make?

Most keepsakes take 2–12 weeks to create after we receive your inclusions. Every stone is handcrafted with care—we promise, it’s worth the wait.

Will I get my unused inclusions back?

We return any unused ash with your finished piece.

All other inclusions are stored safely for 1 year in case you’d like to create another keepsake later.
