How much inclusions do you need to send?
- Breast Milk (1/2 ounce- for 3-5 pieces)
- Placenta (1 capsule for 2-3 pieces)
- Cremated Ashes (1/2 teaspoon)
- Umbilical Cord (1/2 the stump)
- Hair (about 20 strands, 1 inch long) only certain items in the shop currently have this option
Please note, the only inclusion we will send back is ash. All others will be held on file for a year after the purchase date in case you'd like an additional item.

My husband surprised me with a breast milk ring for my birthday. However, I would have chosen a different setting. I contacted the company and asked if I could switch settings. She wanted me to pay an additional $50 to change the setting. I was/am frustrated that there was a charge for this. With these pieces of jewlrey being so sentimental and expensive, I would think the owner would understand the importance of loving the piece of jewelry and honor a change of setting with no charge. Unfortunately, that is not the case.

We are sorry the design your husband gifted you with wasn’t one you would have preferred. We have listed on our website in multiple locations that our items are custom pieces and that all sales are final. We reached out to you to allow the exchange along with inclusion shimmer changes with the $50 fee as the originally ordered item would have to be deeply discounted for resale. The setting your husband ordered was engraved and limits the potential for us to resale the setting as it is personalized. We have gone above and beyond to allow a setting exchange exception on a personalized item with the exchange fee. We strive hard to provide a piece that is beautiful and to meet our customers expectations as we do realize the sentiment that our jewelry represents. It is the heart behind what we do.
